Shipping Policy
Fur Munch Store is committed to providing clear shipping options and dependable order delivery. The information below explains our U.S. shipping coverage, available services, delivery estimates, charges, and what customers should expect after placing an order.
Domestic Shipping Coverage
Fur Munch Store currently ships within the United States only. We do not provide international delivery at this time, and orders addressed to destinations outside the United States cannot be shipped.
Shipping Services
We provide two shipping options for eligible orders:
Standard Delivery
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days
Standard rate: $8.00
Orders totaling $70.00 or more receive FREE Standard Shipping
For qualifying orders, the free-shipping benefit applies to Standard Shipping only. Customers who select Express Shipping will still be charged the applicable Express rate.
Express Delivery
Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days
Express rate: $15.00
Your available shipping method and final delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.
When Orders Are Shipped
Orders are prepared for shipment during normal business days. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are generally excluded from business-day calculations.
The delivery estimates listed above refer to expected shipping transit after an order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.
During busy shopping periods, holidays, special promotions, or unexpected operational disruptions, additional processing time may be required.
Delivery Timeframes
Although we make every effort to provide accurate delivery estimates, 1–2 business days for Express and 3–5 business days for Standard are estimated transit periods rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Delivery schedules may be affected by weather, carrier network disruptions, transportation conditions, unusually high package volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Tracking Your Shipment
When tracking is available, shipment details will be provided after your package leaves our fulfillment process.
Please allow sufficient time for the carrier to scan the shipment. In some cases, tracking information may take a short period to show movement or become fully updated.
Address Changes and Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate delivery information at checkout. Please verify the street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code carefully before submitting your purchase.
If you need to request an address correction, contact Fur Munch Store as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the change if fulfillment has not been completed, but modifications cannot be guaranteed after a package has been processed or shipped.
Delayed or Missing Shipments
If your package does not arrive within the anticipated timeframe, please review the tracking information provided by the carrier.
For shipments showing an unusual delay, possible loss in transit, or another delivery problem, contact us with your order details. We will review the available information and assist with the appropriate next steps.
Fur Munch Store is unable to guarantee delivery schedules when delays result from carrier operations, weather conditions, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
